3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. diluted Pet evaporated milk (3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. water)

Pour into two 9 inch unbaked pie shells, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
