TURTLES 
1 pkg. caramel
1 pkg. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
2 c. pecans
1 block paraffin wax (canning wax)
4 tbsp. milk

Melt caramel in double boiler with the milk. When melted add 2 cups pecans. Then make into small ball and place on a piece of greased wax paper and place in refrigerate. Then in double boiler melt wax with 1 package chocolate chips. Then remove turtles from refrigerate and dip into chocolate and place back on wax paper in refrigerate.
