2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar in Cusinart. Bring butter, oil, cocoa and water to a boil in microwave. Pour over dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well until mixed. Pour into large cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 cube butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. milk

Bring ingredients to a boil.
