LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (2 layer)
3/4 c. oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs

ICING:

2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
7 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Set aside to cool.

Blend cake mix with oil. Add eggs, one at a time, on low speed to mix. Add cooled Jello (can be lukewarm); mix well.

Pour mixture into pan (about 10x14 inch) which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes.

As soon as cake is removed from the oven and while still in pan, poke holes all over the top with a fork and dribble icing made of powdered sugar and lemon juice. Do slowly so it will sink in.
