TACO SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 sm. onion
1 bag crushed Fritos
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can kidney beans, washed and drained
2 lg. tomatoes
1 avocado
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 sm. bottle Kraft Catalina salad dressing

Chop vegetables as for a salad. Toss ingredients before serving, add chips last. Add whatever "Mexican" vegetables your family likes! Serves 8.
