TEXAS STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 boxes strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 boxes frozen strawberries
2 bananas, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans, chopped fine
1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, cool. Then add other ingredients (except sour cream). Spread half the mixture in oblong dish and refrigerate. When firm, spread with sour cream and top with remaining mixture. Chill in refrigerator.
