1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. boiling water
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine morsels, butter and melt. Remove and mix baking soda and water. Blend in other ingredients. Bake on greased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes.
