OATMEAL-BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. oatmeal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
