TAMALE PIE 
2 cans or 1 jar tamales, cut up
1 can tomato soup
2 cans cream corn
1 can black olives
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 eggs
Grated cheese

Cut up tamales into one inch chunks after you remove wrappers and discard hard fat. Add tomato soup, corn and black olives.

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet and add to mix.

Beat 3 eggs slightly and add to mixture. Bake in 9x12 inch pan, 350 degrees, 1/2 hour or longer. Add grated cheese last 10 minutes.
