SUPER POTATO BAKE 
Preboil 6 to 8 med. potatoes with skins on
Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream mushroom soup
3/4 can milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 lb. partially fried bacon

Let potatoes cool and peel. In a 2 quart casserole or baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes slices, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese. Top with soup and milk. Bake for 1 hour at 350 to 375 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
