PINEAPPLE - APPLE CRUMBLE 
3 c. peeled apple slices
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter, softened

Alternate layers of apples and pineapple in greased one quart baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add butter and stir with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over fruit. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream. Serves 4 to 6.
