CHOPPED MEAT PIE 
FILLING:

1 lb. lean beef, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 of 8 oz. can tomato sauce

TOPPING:

8 oz. shredded cheddar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. each salt (opt.), dried mustard & Worcestershire sauce

1. Brown beef in tablespoon of butter then add all "filling" ingredients and mix well. When mixed, place into 9" unbaked pie shell (Flako or other).

2. Combine topping mixture, this tends to be thick, pour over the chopped meat. Spread evenly with fork. Sprinkle with paprika.

3. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Can be made ahead of time and reheated. (Another great dish to freeze!)
