CHINESE CHICKEN 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken
Variety of vegetables: broccoli or Chinese cabbage, onion and celery
Garlic
Soy sauce
1 c. chicken bouillon
Dash of ginger
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Saute chicken in oil. Add garlic and vegetables. Mix soy sauce, bouillon, ginger and cornstarch with a whisk. Add to chicken and vegetables. Serve over rice.
