AMISH PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (unsweetened)
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. walnuts

Mix and beat together. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 med. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Mix well. Sprinkle a little walnut on top.
