CHEESE WAFERS 
1/2 c. butter, softened
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. self rising flour

Combine butter and cheese. Blend well. Add flour slowly. Mix thoroughly. Wrap with waxed paper. Chill about an hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll dough into small balls. Place on baking sheet. Flatten balls with a fork. Bake 8 to 12 minutes.
