HERB DUMPLINGS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; stir in poultry and parsley seasoning. Beat egg and stir in milk. Add to flour mixture and stir only until flour is moistened. Drop by tablespoons on stew and cook 10 minutes covered and then 10 minutes uncovered.
