EASY BAKE BEANS | |
4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, drained and crumbled (reserve 2 tbsp. drippings) 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans in tomato sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard Cook onion in drippings until tender; add to bacon. Add beans, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; mix well. Bake uncovered in 1 1/2 quart casserole at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Serves 6. |
