SOUTHERN BAKED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Do not drain corn. Spray or oil a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Put cheese on top in the last 10 minutes. They will be done when it is firm in the middle.
