SHRIMP SCAMPI 
4 oz. fettucini, cooked, drained and kept hot
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
2 tbsp. sherry or white wine
6 med.-size fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. green onions, chopped

Melt butter in saute pan. Add garlic and sherry. Add shrimp. Saute quickly on high heat until pink and tender. Top fettucini with shrimp and sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped green onions. Serves 1.
