CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
6 lg. eggs, unbeaten
3 c. sifted plain or cake flour

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla and butter flavoring; beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour. Spoon mixture into a well greased and floured 10 inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. This makes a very large and very moist cake.
