QUICHE LORRAINE 
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
2 tbsp. flour
9 5/8 inch pie shell, thawed

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning; mix well. Toss cheese with flour. Add cheese mixture and crumbled bacon to egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. 6 servings.
