1 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk

Beat eggs; stir in other liquids. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to egg mixture, stirring only until smooth. Bake in a hot waffle iron. Makes 4 full-size waffles.
