FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry flavored gelatin
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed & hulled
2 baked 9" pie shells
Whipped cream

Combine first 3 dry ingredients thoroughly, then add water and stir well. Bring to a boil and continue cooking several minutes until clear. Let cool. Put hulled and washed strawberries into baked pie shells. Cover with cooled strawberry glaze. Place in refrigerator until thoroughly set. Serve topped with whipped cream and additional berries if desired. Makes 2 (9") pies.
