Several rolls of Life Savers candy

Crush the Life Savers (tap with hammer) into small pieces but not powdery. Give each child approximately 1/2 cup of dough. The children may roll the dough into a "snake" before forming shapes. Put the shape on aluminum foil or teflon cookie sheet. Sprinkle crushed Life Savers in center making sure candies touch the cookie dough.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cookie is done and the candy has melted. Push toothpick through cookie while it is still warm to make a hole for hanging when "sun catchers" are cooled.
