SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lbs. hamburger
5 round tsp. Mortons' Tender Quick Salt
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp. smoked salt

Mix all seasonings together and add to raw hamburger. Mix in with hands. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out once a day for 3 days and re-mix. On 4th day form into rolls, put on broiler pan and bake at 175 degrees for 8 hours. Refrigerate or freeze.
