BAVARIAN BAKE 
6 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. salad dressing
1 pt. sauerkraut, drained
1 tbsp. caraway seed, optional
12 to 16 oz. smoked sausage, Polish sausage or hot dogs

Combine potatoes and sauerkraut. Stir in salad dressing, mushroom soup and caraway seed. Place meat on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
