LIZZIE'S BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)

Saute garlic and onion in butter 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer 20 minutes. This is a good recipe to double. Freezes well.
