BANANA NUT LOAF 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
5 ripe bananas
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. flavoring
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter and add sugar, 2 eggs and mashed bananas. Add baking soda to flour and sift into batter, then add flavoring and pecans. Pour into greased tube pan or loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown.
