CORN BREAD SWEET SOUP 
1 9x13-inch pan your own recipe corn bread, or recipe that follows:)
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CRUNCHY CORN BREAD:

2 cups buttermilk corn meal mix
2 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sweet milk
1/4 cup water (only if the mix is too thick)

Iron Skillet

First, if you have no cornbread... combine all ingredients and mix well and pour into an iron skillet filled about 1 inch with oil. Heat the oil hot and put into oven for 30 minutes on 375°F. Cool.

Crumble all except for edges, and save the crunchy edges for adding at the end. Crumble center of cornbread into a saucepan. Add milk, sugar, and brown sugar.

Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves, and then wait 5 minutes and take off heat; crumble crunchy edges into pan, mix, and serve, garnish as wished.
