SWEET CORN BREAD 
1 (1 lb.) box light brown sugar
2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients, then add:

2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk

Bake in oven at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and rub over with one stick of butter.
