LEMONADE CHEESECAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 c. sour cream (8 oz. carton)
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade (thaw)
3 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Blend together then beat 4 minutes. Grease and flour bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Make your own sour cream:

1 c. skim milk cottage cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 to 4 tbsp. skim milk
