LEMON MERINGUE PIE | |
1 baked pie shell Finely grated rind of 3 lemons 1/4 c. lemon juice 4 egg yolks 1/3 c. cornstarch 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. warm tap water 2 tbsp. butter Mix ingredients; pour into baked pie shell. Let set. Serve at room temperature. |
