OATMEAL CARAMEL DELIGHTS 
32 light caramels
5 tbsp. half and half
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oats
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 x 8 x 2 dish. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt caramels in half and half. Stir until smooth; set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix butter and brown sugar. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in oats. Press half of mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Chill at least 1 hour before cutting.
