6 chicken thighs or pork chops Corn flake crumbs Hot butter or olive oil Dash Skin the chicken thighs. Dip in milk and then into corn flake crumbs liberally seasoned with Dash. Put into hot butter or olive oil in skillet. Brown well on each side and simmer (partially covered) until tender. Also tastes good cold. Serves 4. |
