ITALIAN BEEF | |
3-10 lbs. beef (chuck, shoulder, arm roast) 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Sup Mix 1 pkg. (dry) Good Seasons Italian salad mix 3 c. water Put roast in pan and add water and seasonings. Cook together in 250 degree oven or on top of stove until very tender. Remove and shred with fingers or knife. Place back in juice and simmer. Serve on French bread or rolls. |
