APPLE CRISP 
3 c. sliced peeled apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. melted butter

Put apples in buttered 9x9 inch pan. Mix sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon and salt together; sprinkle over apples.

Combine oatmeal, 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar, soda and baking powder and butter. Mix until crumbly and spread over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly and browned. Serve warm with ice cream.
