PRINCELLA'S APPLE CRISP 
8 apples, sliced
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter (melted)

Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder adding butter last. Mix until crumbly. Place 1/2 of mixture in greased 9x13 pan, pat firmly. Add apples.

Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Add remaining crumb mixture, pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until apples are soft.
