FRENCH FRIED ONION RINGS 
Sliced onions, 1/4 inch thick
2 c. milk
3 eggs
Flour

Combine milk and eggs. Coat onion rings in milk and egg mixture. Then dip rings in flour. Deep fry at 450 degrees until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
