CONEY-SAUCE 
1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 oz. minced pimientos
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer

Put ground beef in cold skillet over low heat and cook slowly, stirring until fine. Add other ingredients in order given and simmer 1/2 hour. Sauce may be thinned with small amount of water. Pour sauce over hot dogs in buns and sprinkle with chopped onions.
