HOT BLUEBERRIES SAUCE 
4 tbsp. sweet, unsalted butter
1 qt. blueberries
4 tbsp. sugar
Vanilla ice cream

In a large skillet, over low heat, melt the butter. Add the berries, sprinkle with the sugar and cook until the give off their liquid and collapse, about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat. Serve hot over the vanilla ice cream. 6 servings.
