SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
Sharp Cheddar cheese
2 med. diced onions
1 box thin spaghetti
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Brown 1 pound of ground beef with 2 medium diced onions. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Cook 1 box of thin spaghetti. Butter a casserole dish. Grate sharp Cheddar cheese on bottom of dish. Place 1/3 of ground beef mixture over cheese. Layer in spaghetti. Cover with the rest of the meat mixture. Grate more cheese. Use tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce to top spaghetti until pan is 3/4 filled. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top halfway through baking.
