SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. chopped onion
15 oz. Prego with mushrooms
6 oz. spaghetti noodles (broke in 1/3)
2 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic & oregano to taste

1. Brown meat and onions. Add a little garlic, mushrooms, oregano. Add Prego, simmer.

2. Cook noodles, drain, set aside.

3. Melt butter in pan, add flour, salt, cheese, evaporated milk, water, Parmesan cheese. Cook over medium heat until thick.

ASSEMBLY: Put 1/2 the noodles in a greased casserole dish then pour 1/2 the cheese sauce then 1/2 the spaghetti meat sauce. Repeat in same order. Top with a little Provolone cheese, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
