CARROT RICE LOAF 
2 c. carrots, finely grated
1 c. brown rice, cooked
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. soy milk or milk
1 tbsp. soy flour
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
Pinch sage

1. Mix milk and peanut butter.

2. Saute onion, salt and sage together until soft.

3. Combine all ingredients and put in loaf pan.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
