CHOCOLATE - PEANUT CLUSTERS | |
2 tsp. peanut butter 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 2 c. salted Spanish peanuts Combine peanut butter, butterscotch and chocolate chips in a heavy saucepan; place over low heat. Stir constantly, until melted. Stir in peanuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets; chill until firm. Store in a covered container in refrigerator. Makes about 3 dozen. |
