MARY ANN'S FRUIT SALAD 
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (16 oz.) can sliced apricots, drained
2 apples, coarsely chopped
2 bananas, sliced
2 oranges, peeled & sectioned with membranes removed
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. grapes, halved
1 c. miniature Kosher (Pashkey's) marshmallows
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

In a medium saucepan, combine eggs, vinegar and sugar. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter, stirring until melted. In a 3 quart bowl, combine fruit and marshmallows. Pour sauce over fruit and gently fold. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.
