MARINADE FOR TURKEY OR CHICKEN

3/8 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. dried onion flakes
1 tbsp. dried tarragon

Mix and pour over meat or poultry several hours or overnight, then grill on the bar-b-que. If the grill is too hot to finish cooking, finish in the microwave after browning (burning?) well on the grill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
