CHICKEN PINWHEEL PIE 
1 hen seasoned, cooked and boned
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. broth
1 lg. onion
2 stalks celery
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook onion, celery and butter together until tender. Add flour, salt, milk and broth. Cook until smooth; add mushroom soup. Mix well with chicken and pour into a flat casserole and top with the following.

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Roll dough to 8 x 12 rectangle. Mix together:

3 c. grated cheese
2 (4 oz.) jars pimento

Spread cheese mixture on rolled out dough. Roll up as for jelly roll. Slice crosswise into 20 biscuits. Place on top of chicken mixture. Bake until brown.
