1 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. crushed pineapple, with juice
2 c. cubed banana (3)
1 sm. pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in large pan. Cook in 3 layers at 350 degrees. Do not grease pan.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
About 2 tbsp. milk

Cream together all ingredients. Mix until spreading consistency. Add more milk if necessary.
