HEALTHY OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
This recipe takes a little longer to bake due to the different ingredients, but overall is a much healthier and still delicious version of the cookie you're familiar with!

1 cup (2 sticks) Smart Balance butter, softened
1/2 cup firmly packed Splenda brown sugar blend
1/4 cup Splenda sugar blend
2 whole omega-3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins

OPTIONAL:

1/2 cup unflavored whey protein powder
1 tbsp. ground milled flaxseed
1/4 cup skim milk

Preheat oven to 350°F

Beat together butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.

Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, oatmeal and raisins all together. Add any optional ingredients. Mix well.

Drop onto cookie sheet lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
