1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and 1/2 cup nuts by hand and pat into ungreased 9x12 inch cake pan. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, beaten eggs and other 1/2 cup nuts to make topping. Mix well and sprinkle over cake batter. Bake at 300 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
